Crocmaz-Tudora 0591 - 0600
The Border Guards from the Poliția de Frontieră with their patrol boat sailed up to 0594. Then we returned.
In April 2024 I already saw 0594 and 0595. The other markers along the Dnjestr I did the other day.

Along the bank of the Dnjestr. Passing the villages Crocmaz and Tudora.

Still taken from the back seat on the patrol boat of the Politia de Frontiera.
It was already getting evening and a bit dark.
Border marker 0592
Open space between the villages. Nature is protected here.

We didn't come very close, so the picture is a bit unsharp.

Border marker 0594
Here I came back the other day on my way to Tudora after visiting some border markers in Transnistria. Now the place was empty.
The day before it was crowded with junior fishermen. It was the last marker I saw from the patrol boat.
EE-RU 20160415 Return to Olanesti
After seeing border marker 0594 the 'captains' of the Politia de Frontiera brought me back to the small quai in Olanesti.

What a great experience it has been!

Close to the road between Crocmaz and Tudora. I visited this marker during my visit of the area in April 2024.

Border marker 0596
Also visited in April 2024 as it was very close to 'Pensiune La Tudora' where I stayed.
On the second picture the only activity I noticed on the Ukrainian bank. Some small houses and a quai.

East of Tudora. I visited this on my own. Again an area with many fishermen.

On the edge of Tudora, close to the main road to Tudora and border crossing Palanca - Maiaki - Udobnoe.
One of the few markers here which is easy to reach by car.

Again in the narrow strip of forrest along the Dnjestr river. A path with holes and bumps used by fishermen runs through it. My rental car was not suitable for these paths but on foot I could easily reach the border post.

Same here. It took me 50 minutes to hike from 599 tot 600 and back.
